Güde values individuality - especially in the development and optimisation of the knife series. This is reflected in every single blade that leaves the manufactory, in the selection of particularly beautiful and tactile handle materials and a unique ergonomic design that fluently enables and celebrates fast, precise work.

  • ULTRA STRONG. Blade is made from ultra strong chrome, vanadium, molybdenum knife steel. Avoides corroisiom and ensures an ever-lasting piece. Blade Length is 10-in (26cm)
  • UNIQUE. Made of unique material; features an ergonomically designed handle made of Hostaform, a tough and resilient acetal resin that provides a comfortable grip and is easy to clean. Exceptional chef knife that is the ultimate all-purpose knife, perfect for slicing, chopping, and dicing
  • CRAFTED. It all starts in the drop forge: slit pieces are cut from an 8 meter long bar steel (chrome, vanadium, molybdenum knife steel). They are heated up to around 1050 °C and forged in the die with 3 to 4 hammer blows. Finally, the blade blank is stamped out of the forging. Forged with high-quality materials and traditional knife-making techniques
