• TEMP GAUGE: The professional, lid-mounted temperature gauge, with glow-in-the-dark accents, displays accurate temps, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill
• DAMPERS: Control cooking temperatures by opening and closing the dampers. Open dampers allow more oxygen to flow in and out of the smoker, fire up the flames and raise the temperature in the cooking chamber. When you want to lower the temperature, gradually close the vents to limit oxygen flow to the fire.
