Spears P417 Series PVC DWV Pipe Fitting, Sanitary Tee with Right Side Inlet, 3" x 3" x 3" x 1-1/2" Hub

The Spears P417 series DWV sanitary tee with right side inlet is made of PVC, has hub connections on all ends, and is suitable for waste water systems in residential applications. This sanitary tee fitting is T-shaped and has four ends to connect and branch four pipes, two on the main run, one branch at a 90-degree angle from the middle of the tee, and an inlet perpendicular to the plane of the fitting (Z axis). Internal construction moves the flow at a gradual angle to prevent clogging. The hub connection fits over the end of a male unthreaded pipe with a smooth bore for enhanced flow. This fitting is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for use in non-pressure residential drain, waste, vent (DWV) sanitary systems. PVC resists corrosion and chemicals, exhibits high strength, and weighs less than fittings made from metal. PVC can be connected to other materials such as steel, copper, or cast iron using transition fittings. The fitting has an operating temperature range of 73 to 140 degrees F (23 to 60 C).
